Hire Charges and Booking Information

Community Room (with kitchen)

Village and local users

Monday to Friday               £10.00/hour

Saturday and Sunday         £12.00/hour

Business, commercial or regular use  - Please contact us for a quote.

A £75 deposit is required for all bookings.

Please read carefully how to make an enquiry:

  1. Go to 'Check Availability' (top menu bar, under Bookings) to choose the hours/day you'd like to make a booking for. Check the Calendar, by clicking 'Request to  Book', to see if the day/time you are looking for is free and submit an enquiry. Or you can email/telephone Lettings Officer: Sally Purssell, 01993 898348. Longer sessions are also available, as well as weekdays during school holidays.

  2. The Lettings Officer will check to see if any provisional bookings are on the chosen day. (Provisional bookings may not be shown on the Calendar.)

  3. If the day and time are available a Provisional Booking will be made and a Booking Form and information will be emailed to you. The Provisional booking will be held for 3 days, if no response the day and time will become available to other enquires.

  4. Please complete the Booking form and send the deposit to secure the booking and this will then be placed on the Calendar.

  5. A couple of days before your event the Lettings Officer will send you details of the committee member on call.
